we hope you love your new things, BUT if something ain't quite right, If not satisfied with the item bought you can return it to us for a refund
we've got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!

Return your item(s) back to us within 14 days and you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). If you're outside the UK, you have 28 days.
All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. In case you're not sure, here's the low down hun:

• the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and make-up free
• the item(s) still have the tags attached
• shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear

Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed. All items are brand new and must be in the exact same condition as sent.

The order ID number must be included with the item. Please note that refunds can take up to three days after we have received the returned goods. Please keep the receipt of postage when you post the return in case of a query. You are responsible for your returns postage. In the case of exchanges please return the item for a refund and purchase the item again from our shop.

• UK Standard Delivery £3.99 or FREE DELIVERY OVER £50! (Royal Mail Tracked, Mainland & NI) Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked service. It usually takes between 2-4 working days for your order to reach you, however, this is just a guideline and sometimes it can take a little longer to reach you. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as a working day.

• UK Next Day Delivery £5.95 (Signed for tracked service)
Orders are posted via Royal Mail, DPD Next Day Delivery or Hermes. Orders placed before midnight Sunday - Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place an order on Friday after the cutoff time and select Next Day Delivery then your order will be processed on Sunday & will arrive with you on Monday. Sundays and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as a working day. *postcode restrictions apply

• Ireland Delivery £8.99

Orders are posted via Royal Mail or Hermes on a tracked service. Estimated delivery time 5-7 working days.

• EU Tracked Delivery £9.95
